Fashion Miss
In fashion, nothing is absolute - everybody has hits and misses. Or, like a catty New York Housewife put it a while back, "Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes", when commenting on another cast member's LV shoes. And, so it seems, does Balenciaga.. Or what do you think about this pre-fall 2012 outfit? I think it's a miss, the pants especially.. I can't really think of anyone who would want to wear those. But then again, I am just waiting to be proven wrong...

Yeah, that is so true... (and just between just us, I think LV does a lot of very monogramic mistakes, haha). I love Balenciaga and haven't checked these pre fall photos yet, but yeah, these pants are a mistake... :/ Maybe they'd look better in another color and with something other top... I think the jacket is even bigger mistake than those pants!
ReplyDeleteLike, okey, the pants look like they've been from cheap plastic, but in my opinion, that doesn't matter if the one wears the pants turns that as a good thing and it's supposed to look like that. But, to avoid the 'hello my outfit is made out of plastic bags I pulled up from my dumpster' look, I think the person who wears those pants should use very a simple top, made from some not-shiny material with really simple cut. And some other shoes...
Actually, I don't think the pants are the problem at all now when I have looked at the picture for a while, the problem is the styling and the jacket.
